Order Fulfilment

All products are handmade to order.

  • Fulfilment time: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch, before shipping times begin:

  • UK delivery: 1–3 business days

  • International delivery: 2–5 business days

  • All deliveries are tracked and require a signature

All Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, TNT, Yamato, or equivalent services.

Important Security Notice: We only use premium tracked services mentioned above. Please be aware that we (and our couriers) will never send you a text or email asking for additional 'redelivery' payments or personal bank details. If you receive such a message, it is likely a scam and should be ignored.

Military Addresses (BFPO/BP/PO): Please note that orders shipped to military addresses (BFPO, BP, or PO) are dispatched using Royal Mail. Customers may be required to pay customs tax/duty charges upon delivery.

Delays & Exceptional Circumstances

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Postal or courier strikes

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Increased volumes during holiday periods

When your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details and courier information.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly and in full at checkout, including apartment numbers and relevant access details. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

Lost or Stolen Packages

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at info@tinsleybluebell.com with your order number. We will investigate with our delivery partners and work toward a resolution. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. All deliveries are tracked and require a signature.
