In the case of Mail strikes your delivery may take longer.

When there are adverse weather conditions, deliveries can be affected.  When your order is dispatched, we will inform you of which courier was used. Information and updates regarding delivery services can be found on Royal Mail and FedEx websites as well as weather news.

● Potential Delays During Holiday Seasons

Most orders arrive on time. However, due to holiday shipping volumes, some orders may arrive later than our estimates because the shipping carriers experience volume increases.

● Late Deliveries

Happen from time to time and Tinsley Bluebell is NOT responsible or liable for these occurrences, neither is Tinsley Bluebell responsible for lost, stolen or re-routed packages.   We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.  

Shipping Address Accuracy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.

The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.

● Where will my order ship from?

Products are shipped from the UK.

● Will I be charged customs for my order?

Duties & Taxes are Included (DDP) - BUT, On rare occasions, depending on your delivery region or customs regulations, additional local fees may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.

● My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

● Please be aware Tinsley Bluebell is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or re-routed packages.
