Products are handmade and this is why it takes a little longer to fulfill and deliver than usual. 

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which, it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–4 business days

● Europe: 6–8 business days

● Australia: 2–14 business days

● Japan: 4–8 business days

● International: 10–20 business days

Cool Iron or use a piece of fabric placed on top of clothing

Please note that contact with rough surfaces should be avoided since they can pull out the white fibers in the fabric, damaging the product.

Label - To remove the size and care labels from products correctly and without damaging the garment, hold the waistband or collar of the product tightly and pull off each label one at a time or cut with scissors with care.

Please be aware that overseas Import duties, taxes and charges (if applicable) are the buyers responsibility and not included in the price. An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office.
