All Tinsley Bluebell® products are handmade to order. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution. If accepted the item must be returned in the original packaging.
If a return is required for a damaged or faulty item, you may be asked to return the product at your own cost initially. Upon receipt and verification of the damage, we will reimburse your return shipping costs in full along with issuing a refund or replacement.
Please note: items that show signs of use, wear, or damage after delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed.
Orders that go unclaimed and are returned to us may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
For packages marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at info@tinsleybluebell.com with your order number. We will investigate with our delivery partners and work toward a resolution. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. All deliveries are tracked and require a signature.
In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised
Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
As our products are handmade to order, we reserve the right to refuse returns where applicable under this legislation.
